New staff were genuinely trying their best and the effort was noticeable. The hotel has a good foundation and real potential to be a great property. The view is really nice on the 5+ floor.

Needs a hands-on manager or owner who is actually present to inspect and maintain the property - some rooms showed signs of mold that need to be addressed. I asked to reserve a room for several months, reception said okay no problem, but their system in the google calendar gave up later and they had to give room for another person that booked it. The booking system needs an upgrade; replacing the current Google Calendar setup with something that connects all booking platforms would make operations far smoother. I actually reached out through Booking com offering to help with the IT and organizational side of things for free - unifying their booking systems, improving communication tools - but never received any response. The property just needs someone engaged enough to take it

Good location very close to the beach if you lie the beach. The room was clean, they bring 2 bottle of water every day cleaning thr room and change the bedsheet. Very good price.

The building was super noisy. Lucky for me i sleep very good even if they demolish another building beside of the hotel but if you are sensible to noise this hotel is maybe not for you.

Very wide room and bed, good facilities, super views, private bathroom, air conditioner, hair dryer, motorbike parking, good ratio money-quality
