Khách sạn nằm vị trí tiện lợi, đi thẳng 5’ ra biển. Xung quanh có nhiều quán ăn ngon. Phòng đơn giản, k có TV, nhưng phòng tắm trang trí đẹp & đặc biệt. Sân thượng khá chill, có máy giặt & sân phơi rộng rãi. Mình ở 3 phòng, phòng nào dọn còn dơ. Có tóc dưới đất & trong phòng tắm, có gián nữa. Nếu cải thi Được vấn đề vệ sinh thì nhìn chung sẽ khá ổn. Cách âm không tốt.

Great location, amazing staff, clean rooms and incredible design. I liked the use of wood and stones, their designer definitely needs a raise

To anyone considering staying here: None of the staff greet the guests. There is not even a simple "Welcome" or "Good morning," not even a nod. The housekeeping staff in the lobby do not smile when they see guests. They simply frown and focus only on their own work. There is absolutely no sense of hospitality. At check-out, a young male staff member with a *** did not even look up or look at me when I said, "Good morning." He simply said he was going to check the room and walked away. At any normal hotel, they would at least say something like, "Please have a seat over there for about five minutes while you wait." After making me wait for nearly ten minutes, he arrogantly declared that five hangers were missing from the room. I had no luggage in my hands, so where exactly did he think I was hiding those hangers? I have no idea why he insisted on accusing me about the hangers. More importantly, there were no hangers in the room from the beginning. I replied, "I don't know," but he refused to accept it, insisting, "Our hotel places five hangers in every room." In other words, he was treating me as a thief. I asked him to call the owner or the police, but the bearded staff member with glasses simply glared at me with a contemptuous attitude and refused to respond to my request. Even when I pointed out that the security cameras would clearly show that I had never left the hotel, he showed no reaction. Because this staff member's behavior was extremely inappropriate, I would like to address the owner directly here. I expect a reply to this review and a clear apology within that response. I also have something to say to Agoda. There is no air-conditioner remote control, nor is there any wall-mounted controller. The listing is false. The hotel must already know this, because instead of an air conditioner, they have installed a large fan covered with dust. This is nothing more than a deceptive hotel that only creates the appearance of quality.
