Easy to find and it was a good hotel to stay on when u are in perlis.
The rate is quite pricey for a small town.. provide no breakfast for the price that you paid.

Good locations - has a wonderful cafe with good food selection plus surrounded by several convenience stores which is walking distances.
The air in the corridor leading to the rooms has a stale smell, probably to poor ventilation.
