Beachfront resort condo with Gulf views, Panama City Beach

Notice: Shores of Panama is undergoing exterior construction, it may be loud and disruptive. Construction noise begins at 8:00am and ends at 5:00pm.

This property is professionally managed by Property Manager. Property Manager requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.

This beautiful, beach-front condo is located on the 6th floor at the Shores of Panama. Watch the sunrise and sunset from you private balcony!
Inside, you'll find the living room to be very comfortable with an amazing gulf view. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare meals for the family.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with attached private bathroom, the bunk room has a twin size bed with trundle and also attached to a second full bathroom, and there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area, This condo has reserved parking on the same floor.

You have an uninterrupted view of the Gulf of Mexico from our balcony and living room.

As a guest of Property Manager you receive 1 free daily activity provided by Xplorie, our 3rd party activity partner. Your choice of:
Dave & Buster's ($20 free gameplay), SkyWheel at Pier Park (one ticket), WonderWorks, or Island Time Sailing Dolphin Cruise (seasonal). **not included for guests staying over 27 days. This is a $125 value, free for our guests.

The Shores Of Panama was created to be more like a Resort than just another condo along the beach with a spa for wonderful massages & a fitness room to keep your exercise routine in place as you enjoy your vacation. Also, everything you could want or need off the beach is only a short distance away. We are conveniently located across the street from a Wal-Mart Super Center and liquor store. Next door to Pineapple Willy's Restaurant with live music & dancing. PW is one of the most popular places on Panama City Beach. Waffle House is also right next door.
Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum, Go Carts, and other family activities all within walking distance. Pier Park is a very short drive away offers great shopping, dining, and exciting nightlife.

Check-in is at 4:00 pm / Check-out is at 10:00 am.

Registered guest occupying the condo must be 25 or older.
Registered guest must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit/debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.
No pets.
No smoking.
Amenities are not included (wristbands and parking permit). Guest pays the concierge in the lobby a one time fee of $85 for registration packet.
