Seahaven spacious condo - stunning views, modern amenities

This property is professionally managed by Property Manager. Property Manager requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.

Upon entering, you will notice the open concept layout that makes the condo feel spacious and airy. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony, and host a movie night in the cozy living room! This condo will accommodate up to eight people, making it an excellent choice for your next vacation. Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. This kitchen is sure to meet your needs to spark up those excellent family meals. This kitchen bar seats three comfortably.

Off the kitchen is a dining area that has a full-size table that seats six.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

This room has three bedrooms with full-size bathrooms attached. All bedrooms have a spacious closet to hang your clothes or store suitcases. One bedroom features a queen size sleeper sofa. 2 bedrooms have king size beds, the middle bedroom has 2 full size beds. This condo is perfect for groups with children.

Not only is this room impressive, but it has more than enough amenities for fun and relaxation. This resort includes an outdoor pool, hot tub, coffee shop, and many restaurants that are walking distance from the room. This unique condo has a spacious balcony with access to the grilling area as well as the walkway to the pool and hot tub area. Sit on the balcony and enjoy the unobstructed view of the sunset.

As a guest of Property Manager you receive 1 free daily activity provided by Xplorie, our 3rd party activity partner. Your choice of:
Dave & Buster's ($20 free gameplay), SkyWheel at Pier Park (one ticket, Wonder Works, or Island Time Sailing Dolphin Cruise (seasonal). **not included for guests staying over 27 days.

Registered guest occupying the condo must be 25 or older.
Registered guest must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit/debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.
No pets.
No smoking.
*ANY booking made within 48 hours of arrival will require CC and matching ID on file - no exceptions. The reservation will be canceled and refunded to the original form of payment.
