Powierzchnia mieszkania wydaje się większa niż na zdjęciach. Przestronny lokal dla czteroosobowej rodziny lub dwóch par. Dużym plusem wyposażenie kuchni, niczego nie brakuje (poza ostrym nożem). Obiekt warty polecenia.
Niektóre rzeczy/elementy nadają się do naprawy lub wymiany. Np półka w komodzie, uchwyty od szafki łazienkowej czy odpływ w umywalce. Szkoda że ta ogromna szafa na przedpokoju jest w całości zajęta.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, apartament przestronny, miła okolica, blisko do centrum
Gospodarz uprzedził , że cieknie ze słuchawki prysznicowej i miał ją wymienić ale się nie zjawiła. Po co pisać , że jest pralka skoro jest popsuta, a z opinie które przed chwilą doczytałam wynika, że jest zepsuta od roku.
