Quiet location, far enough from the beach and the noise but only 15 minute walk away. Nice view from the balcony and gated community with 24/7 security so felt safe
Beds not very comfortable, no springs in mattress, but that is typical in Goa. Very little cutlery and only 2 mugs, when it is a 2 bedroom apartment

The house is well maintained. Very neat and tidy. Varca Beach is near the property. Place is serene and calm. The property exactly looked like the pictures posted. It was overall a very comfortable stay.The host and the house manager both were very approachable and courteous.
The beach is walkable for adults however I had a kid so it became quite challenging, it's best to rent a vehicle once staying here to access nearby areas and beaches.

The Property Had a very nice Field view, Looked beautiful in the morning from the Balcony . The Bedrooms are nice and Big / Airy . The facility had a Fridge, Gas stove, Utensils everything you’d need to do Basic cooking My Mom Being a diabetic, wants to make certain Foods which in this case turned out to be a blessing. Jonathan is very Responsive and always available just incase you’d need any help. the place is perfect for a family , Gated community which feels safe
