We had to cancel our reservation at the last minute, and even though the cancellation policy we chose was non-refundable, the host was gracious enough to cancel the booking for free at the last minute. We really appreciate such kindness from hosts, especially when it is not obligatory, so I would presume that they must take good care of their guests during their stay as well!

Appreciate the cleanliness of the room. Especially Desmond who is very supportive and kind in sharing all necessary information that made our stay more comfortable and memorable. Worth being at the place for the price paid. Thank you.
