Zelo priporočam.
Pričakal nas je zelo lep, svetel in velik apartma v idilični vasici. Velika kuhinja z veliko opreme, prostorna dnevna soba in tudi kopalnica. Vse je bilo zelo čisto in okusno opremljeno. Ker nas je bilo šest, nam je veliko pomenilo, da je bilo vse zelo prostorno, da nismo “hodili” drug po drugem. Tudi terasa je bila zelo dobrodošla, kjer smo zvečer posedeli, se malo ohladili (čez dan je bilo zelo vroče). Če bomo še kdaj v teh koncih, se bomo radi vrnili. Res priporočam.

Wer auf gepflegtes Wohnen wert legt, ist hier falsch. Renovierungsstau.
Gut geschnittene, gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit Heimkino, Infrarot-Kabine und drei Schlafzimmer. Ansprechend eingerichtet, Vermietungsagentur war sehr gut erreichbar und bemüht. Gut erreichbare Urlaubsunterkunft in kleinem Vorort von Bad Reichenhall.
Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr schlechten und ungepflegten Zustand. Steckdose im Bad mit offenen Kabeln ohne Abdeckung, viele Glühlampen defekt, Mückengitter am Fenster zerrissen, Küchenschränke und Schubladen waren verdreckt. Nach Bitte zur erneuten Reinigung war die Wohnung anschließend sauber. Eine Entschuldigung über vorgefundenen Zustand der Wohnung fehlte uns. Die Rollos an den Fenstern ganz billige Baumarkt-Ausführung und teils defekt. Badewanne mit Tesafilm zusammengehalten. Übergänge im Boden schaut Isolierung durch- Abschlusskanten fehlen. Eine gesamte Überprüfung der Wohnung durch den Vermieter wäre dringend angeraten! Viel zu teuer.
