The Jayco 1207 is a 12′ pop-up camper with a dry weight of only 2005 lbs that can be towed by vehicles such as mini vans and SUVs. It is in like new condition. It can sleep up to 8 people with 1 king and 1 queen pull out beds and two dining areas that can convert to beds. 1 full size and a smaller one for children. It is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, sink, hot water heater, and heat furnace. This camper is lightweight and can be pulled by almost any vehicle with a 2" ball hitch and electrical hookups (7 pin round or 4 pin flat). Your rental includes (at no additional charge): At least 1 full tank of propane 23 gals fresh water Cooking Pots and Frying Pan Cooking utensils Plates/Bowls , silverware, Mugs (Service for four) Weight distribution hitch. Pick-up and drop-off during any daylight hours. Prior arrangements need to be made for pick-up or drop-off outside daylight hours. Things to Know: There is no bathroom in the unit so you will need to be at a campground that has facilities or be okay finding alternate locations for relieving yourself.
