Nice stay

The house is very nice, warm and clean. Location is ok, the bus station is 2 minutes from the apartment, in 30-40 minutes you arrive to the city center. You have hypermarkets to buy groceries 5-10 minutes walking distance. Eliana and Lorenzo are very nice people! Thank you for everything, it was a nice stay!

We didn't meet our host Lorenzo, but we nonetheless had an excellent communication with him throughout our stay. It was easy to pick up the keys and Lorenzo was also so kind to let us check out late to accommodate for our evening flight. Felt like an old adapted apartment but we were aware of that so it was no issue. Wifi was good and stable and the place was nice and warm despite some pretty cold and rainy days. Excellent old school Kimbo coffee machine (thanks to our host for the welcome coffee as well). Pam supermarket was just around the corner and the bus 13 (just outside the apartment building) would take you to centre in about 20min. The place itself was close to Pellerina park, where we enjoyed our squirrel encounters during sunny weather.

TV was a flat screen but truly small, felt like a computer monitor. The sofa in the living room was uncomfortable for sleeping, really should be replaced if it's meant to serve as a bed. Socket next to one side of the bed was broken. Frying pans were crooked and worn out.

Apartment clean and well equipped, the host that received us was very kind and explained well details. A chose it as they accept pets and we were traveling with our small dog. Bear in mind if you are traveling with a pet to have some cash on arrival, they charge 20€ per day for the dog also a 3.4€ per day/person for city tax.

Air conditioning in room would be a plus for summer.

splendido week end di relax fuori dal traffico, Host gentile e disponibile

Ampio appartamento adatto a famiglie dotato di ogni comfort..a pochi passi dalla metro e con la fermata autobus letteralmente sotto casa. La zona é tranquilla e non tanto trafficata.. parcheggio gratuito sempre disponibile nella via accanto. Davvero comodissimo per raggiungere in pochi minuti il centro storico o lo Stadio rimanendo però fuori dal traffico. A 2 minuti a piedi dal simulatore di volo iFlySimulator. Grazie Lorenzo per averci accolti anche fuori orario di check in..davvero gentile e disponibilissimo..avanti così! Bravo. Ciao a presto (grazie per il caffè 😉)
