Apartament znajduję się 2 min.od morza , przy promenadzie łączącej Gdańsk-Sopot-Gdynia, bardzo przestronny, czysty oraz posiadający mini ogródek. Jest w nim wszystko co potrzeba na wakacjach, ma własne miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym lub przed budynkiem. Apartament spokojnie pomięści większą ilość osób, ładne wnętrza oraz super lokalizacja sprawia ,że wybrałabym go kolejny raz.

Bardzo dobrze usytuowany obiekt i w pełni wyposażony. Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń i polecam😇

When we finally got into the apartment, the stay was fine. It accommodated 6 of us comfortably, but there could have been information about the internet because we never got access to it. I would definitely go there again, but now I know that the communications are difficult. Very close to the beach and a short drive to the zoo, Galleria Baltyka, and into Sopot. The location gets 10 but the service 2. Hard to be in these circumstances and not even receive an apology, instead I was accused of lying.

I let the host know that I would be checking in at 10:00 PM and specifically asked if that would be possible. I had four young children and expected to receive some information before I boarded the flight, but nothing came. I then saw when I was outside the building that I was supposed to inform them an hour before arrival time, which was impossible since I was on the plane. I stated that I would arrive at 10:00 PM, and that was correct, except I stood for 2 hours outside the building with the tired children, the luggage, and it was cold outsite. I called the number listed on the site, and it was answered after two attempts. Then I was just scolded, told that I was supposed to inform them when I arrived (which I did with the booking), and the man said he would send me a text with all the information. I continued waiting and never received any message. We called 12 times from different phone numbers and never got an answer. We ended up going to another apartment in Gdynia so the children could rest after a long journey. I sent many messages, and FINALLY when I got a response, thenI sent many messages and made it known that I had not received any SMS. Their response was, of course, that it wasn’t true on my part! I would never have been sending them messages if I had received all the information. There I was literally called a liar by them instead of receiving an apology. I looked at my phone with the message to them that was never answered, yet they insisted that they had responded! They said they had a screenshot, but I have it too. The host accused me of lying instead of properly assisting me. I was very hurt because I had never been rude to them. I just wanted to get into the apartment with my family, the stay I had already paid for. We never received an apology, never got the Wi-Fi access, and at checkout at 11, I asked if we could stay a little longer since one child was vomiting and sick. We called again many times, no answer. Then we got a BIG no.

Duży wygodny salon, przestrzeń, bardzo dobra lokalizacja blisko plaży. Wystarczająca ilość naczyń w kuchni oraz wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty.

Podano nam niewłaściwy kod do odbioru klucza - siłowałem się z zamkiem w nocy, a dopiero po jakimś czasie odpisano mi, że jednak kod był nieprawidłowy i trzeba użyć innego. Po wejściu do apartamentu okazało się, że odpływ pod prysznicem jest totalnie zapchany, a ze sciany wypadł wentylator i rozrzucał kurz (na zdjęciach). Na niektórych ścianach są nadal rozpłaszczone zabite owady. Łóżka strasznie trzeszczą, a materace nie mają odpowiedniego podparcia. Naprawiono potem odpływ i wentylator, ale przecież to są tak podstawowe sprawy, że jeśli ktoś sprzątał w tym apartamencie po poprzednich gościach, to powinien to od razu zobaczyć i naprawić.
