Lovely cottage just up the hill from Mousehole. Full kitchen with new stove. Front sitting area for cup of tea surrounded by flowers and butterflys. Kings Arm pub is short walk, but all the other resturants will be a steep walk down to town.
Host was very responsive to my text questions ( i.e,. how to use washing machine).
Spent four very peaceful days here. Coastal Path is just down in Mousehole with beautiful views of the ocean. Walk to Penzance is too far to go to St Micheals Mount, but worth walking a few miles in that direction for the views.
Wonderful food at Mousehole Cafe in the harbor. Family run and so freindly. Chef was outstanding and very very good seafood cooked and seasoned to your specifications. Tried the Ray (skate) a local fish. My wife enjoyed discussing seasonings with the chef.
Roads into and out are typical very narrow English roads. And parking in Mousehole is limited.
