Homestay Phú Thường Beach

What a beautiful place! The area is magical, really nice beach and quite clean. Spacious rooms with sea view. This hotel is right on the beach with many outdoor places where you can sit and chill. The staff is very happy and nice. Highly recommended.

Comme pour plusieurs homestay, le ventilateur et climatiseur manque d’entretien et le matelas est dur.

Lugnet (nästan helt fritt från trafik) och närheten till den fina stranden. Den familjära känslan som värdarna spred. Deras goda mat som kunde avnjutas vid beställning. Torghandeln runt hörnet. Gästköket där vi kunde laga färsk fisk. Alla trevliga möten med andra gäster, från Vietnam och olika delar av världen. Alla glada gästvänliga bybor.

Atta vi inte kunde stanna längre än tre veckor och få njuta av bad i ett mindre blåsigt hav.

This is an authentic Vietnamese accommodation. The room was clean, it was very small with no storage to speak of. The bed was very very firm but comfortable enough. Right on the sea with a short few steps to the beach.

Although we are glad to have experienced the stay, we felt the hosts were not especially welcoming, which is an anomaly compared to everywhere else we’ve been in Vietnam. We ordered our dinners from a decent menu provided, which had a number of options, but it seemed the host preferred we cook for ourselves. We didn’t because facilities were not great and there is limited food supplies in the very small town - it is a fishing village with local goods and a very small morning market next door. Unfortunately there was a lot of trash on the beach, and also around/at the accommodation. We planned 3 nights but only stayed 2.
