La Ubicación es muy buena ,cerca de la playa ( menos de 1klm) cerca de supermercados (coviran) y supermarket carnicería charcutería a escasos 200m,cafeterías cercanas ..y ferretería... la zona es muy tranquila y rodeada de parques zonas verdes ( si vas con perretes lo agradeces) hay bastante sombra para días calurosos ...en nuestros caso la semana fué muy calurosa ...el espacio del apartamento está bien para 4 personas ...
Diría que ,La terraza el suelo es de tela asfaltica y negro con lo cual se acumula una temperatura elevada y los perretes se queman las almohadillas ,(Un cesped artificial en ese espacio estaría de lujo y se aguantaría mejor el calor) hay una sombrilla...para mí pequeña para el espacio que es ... en la cocina le faltaría mas menaje ,esta un poco escaso en platos y vasos...
