Clean and new inside the apartment. Excellent communication. Secure, near beach, good pool.
Balcony, table and chairs were covered in bird poo on check-in so was unusable throughout stay. Reported this at start, had an apology but the issue was not sorted. Key pick-up is quite far away from the property so a bit of a faff to check in. Building site next door, very loud during day (if by pool, good sound-proofing within the apartment)

Practicamente todo, la terrazita muy practica, mobiliario practicamente a estrenar, aire centralizado, garaje.
La piscina tenia un mal mantenimiento para ser una urbanizacion nueva (cesped muy seco), y para mi gusto normas excesivas a nivel de comunidad, como permanecer en silencio a las 11 de la noche, no poder ni comerte algo de casa en la zona de la piscina, ducharse antes de bañarse y asi varias..
Ubicacion algo alejada del centro pero cerquita de la playa.
