    Reception people didn't like as we booked from agoda application I don't know what the reason they told why did I book online and secondly they charged ** for 1 and half hour early check-in and told to give them in cash and not online and we booked for 2 person unfortunately confirmation email was of 1 person so they charged extra *** rs for extra 1 person that also by cash so for *** rs we paid *** rs in total worst experience ever

    No safe staircases while lift was not working. Excepting one staff member others were very friendly and cooperative.

    Don’t expect anything special. Simple room to stay for a night. Tv remote is not working. Not recommended for a pleasant stay

    The manager behaviour is pathetic. He does not have basic knowledge of operating the platform. We had done booking through agoda and he was not able to find out booking in agoda platform though we had given him booking reference id. He was unnecessarily taunting us instead. The managers should be trained well first.
