This beautiful Villa has 9 Bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms, sleeping up to 20 guests. Located in the beautiful Storey Lake Resort community, this home is only 5 miles away from the world-famous Walt Disney World Theme Park. If you are looking for more fun and excitement from Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, it is just 10 miles away.

POOL/SPA HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $35 per day (November-March: $45/day).
2-Minimum: 3 consecutive days.
3-Pool is set to be heated to 89 F/Spa 104 F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Guests need to pay heated pool for spa to get heated.
6-Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
BBQ: BBQ grill is optional at $85/reservation with a tank of propane included.
Needs to be paid at least 48 hrs in advance.
*Guests must be in the dwellingLive system to gain entry to The Cove at Storey Lake and Hideaway Club.
*Upon arrival guests must check in and receive their gate passes from the manned gatehouse located on Windermere Ave. off of Storey Lake Blvd.
Guests use their gate pass to enter the gates (gates close after 7pm and reopen at 6am) and to use the amenities at the Hideaway Club.
*Trash is collected daily between 6am - 11pm. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle bench that is located next to each property's front door. Trash that is not bagged or placed in the bench will not be collected. If there is an abundance of trash, hazardous items (paint, pool chemicals, etc.) or items too large for bags, a Bulk Pickup can be requested to Amenity Services for a fee.
*Quiet Time in the Storey Lake Community begins at 10 pm and ends at 6 am. This is regulated by the Osceola County Sherriff Office.
*Trailers, busses and RV's are not permitted in the Storey Lake Community.
* *Ring door bell at the front door will be on during your stay.

We arrived at the property and everything was good until the internet kept going out and interrupting our service. The next thing was when we got ready for showers there were no wash cloths in the house at all no bathroom had wash clothes only hand towels and bath towels, so I ranned out to walmart to get wash clothes and dish cloths. The lday before we were to leave we gave my grandson a 2 yr birthday party. We were grilling food and got to the hamburgers and hot dogs and the tank went out, so my son changed the tank out and noticed propane was leaking from somewhere, so he tried to turn it off but the tank had a leak somewhere. We had to call the fire department when they arrived they roped off the area so no one would inhale the fumes. They instructed everyone to stay inside and to get out of the pools neighbors as well. Shortly after 2 more fire trucks came so they were their for about 3 hrs, so we were not able to grill the hamburgers and hot dogs for the kids. I stayed in contact with the host to let her know what was going on. So I ended up asking for some compensation for our inconvenience the host said I would be reinbursed 85 for the grill fee but nothing else because it was out fault and there wasn't anything wrong with the tank. The fire dept clearly told us the tank had a leak and could not be refilled it would have to be thrown away. Also when we were looking for the fire extinguisher the one in the kitchen was empty so we were running all over the house lookin
