Sunset Hill is a premier gateway to experience a mix of simplicity and splendor. Just off of Interstate 79 it is driving distance from Erie, Cleveland and Pittsburgh. This farmhouse getaway offers an escape from the fast-moving metro areas, yet is close to many local attractions. The home features a large back yard with many outdoor games in the summertime and includes a heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and much more. Great for families and large groups.
The space
House has a full kitchen set, fully stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, & washer/dryer. Entertainment amenities include cable TV, board games, bocce set, volleyball set, and much more.
Other things to note
Liability Waiver
You understand that the use of all amenities on site (swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, and any and all consideration that could cause any form of bodily harm) are at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with use of these amenities. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from the use of, or any activity involved with these amenities. You understand there are potential dangers that these amenities may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person if that person has health risks, or if a person partakes in any activity involved with these amenities while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for those in your party. We had a nice weekend getaway. The kids loved the pool and the house was very kid friendly. There have been some nice updates to the house since the pictures in the listing.

More than we expected! This was an amazing space to spend a long weekend and relax with family. Very clean and inviting, the pool/game room was over the top and provided so much entertainment!

This house was amazing!!! Perfect winter weekend getaway! We went with a group of friends (4 adults) and our kiddos. We spent most of our time in the pool area! We can’t wait to go back next winter!

We all said several times that this is the nicest rental for a relaxing weekend away. The house is very clean, basic, but the pool room is amazing and it was the best place to be snowed in!
