Everything is completely NEW including floors, bathrooms, appliances, furniture, beds, and washer/dryer and is fully furnished including sheets, pillows, towels, and all kitchen items such as pots, pans, plates, utensils, glasses, etc. See below for specific info for each room in the unit.

- a written list of the restaurants including phone, website, and what makes them popular is included in unit to help you get familiar with the area
- electric bill not included - owner will send copy of bill monthly to be reimbursed within 3 business days of request, which saves you the upfront cost, hassle, and time from having to deal with city and set up account yourself. owner has made process easy.

2) FREE PARKING - No need to park a half mile away or pay for parking when you can park on-site near the front gate. The unit comes with 3 free parking passes. Other places do not have this amenity.
3) SERVICE - I respond quickly and am available any time during your stay in case you need anything. I want you to have a fantastic stay and have many 5-star reviews combined with all of my listings to prove that.
