This wonderful apartment located in Rota welcomes 2+2 guests.
The exterior of the property is ideal to enjoy the southerly climate. Just picture yourself starting the day having breakfast on the terrace while contemplating the breathtaking sea views, or having lunch or a drink with your companions at sunset while the gentle sea breeze touches your skin. Due to its location in a residential block, the apartment has direct neighbors.
Located on a fourth floor with elevator, the bright interior of the apartment is decorated with exquisite taste and designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The spacious living room, equipped with AC and Smart TV, is open to the kitchen, which has ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, there are two bedrooms. In one of them there are two single beds, while the second one has a double sofa bed and an AC. A bathroom with shower serves the accommodation. If you travel with your baby, we can provide a crib and a highchair.
The apartment is located in Rota, a coastal city renowned for its beautiful beaches and its fishing harbor. Here you will find all the necessary services to enjoy an independent stay, as well as a wide variety of attractions and activities to liven up your visit. We encourage you to stroll through its historic center, a labyrinth of narrow cobblestone streets, where you can find ancient churches, picturesque squares and bars where you can enjoy tasting the traditional tapas. If you feel like enjoying a day of sun and beach, less than 100 m from your accommodation you will find the beach of Virgen del Mar. This is a beach of fine golden sand and crystal clear, shallow waters, which makes it ideal for children and for water sports such as windsurfing or kitesurfing.
