About this apartment rental
Our home is a large penthouse apartment with 360-degree views. On the front side, you will be looking at the ocean from the living room, kitchen, living room, balconies, and decked terrace. This terrace is about 200 square meters, it includes a sun bathing area, an outdoor living room, a dining space with a bbq, outdoor showers, and a spectacular view of the nearby forest, the town, and the city of Cadiz.
The apartment is directly in front of the ocean. It will take you 1 minute to walk to the beach, with direct access to it from the communal garden.
If you enjoy windsurfing or kitesurfing, the beach in front of the house is a popular spot for it. During the summer months, you can easily rent out gear. During the rest of the year, if you want to rent you will have to call them so they can come and bring the equipment.
In less than 10 minutes drive you can play golf in La Ballena, a stunning course with sea views located in a residential area of Rota.
Our home is ideal for families. You will have access to a common swimming pool, with a grass area. During the summer months, they can meet and play with other kids (Spanish and some international).
Private home available for seasonal rental (Art. 3.2 of the Spanish Urban Leases Act).
This is not a tourist accommodation and is not offered on a habitual basis for holiday purposes.
Intended for temporary stays due to work (including remote work), visiting family in the area, or study relocations.
No hotel-style services are provided (such as regular cleaning, catering, or laundry).

We stayed for a week in August with our 2 kids of 3 and 4 years of age. The location could not be better, facing the beach, with a surf school in front of the house, and a nice bar and restaurant on the other side also facing the beach. We had everything we could have wished for and more. The flat is amazing, better than the description and photos, equipped with everything we needed, and in a nice complex with swimming pool. Juan was super responsive and accomodating and gave us many tips. Highly recommended. We will definitely come back.

We spent the month of July staying at this beautiful penthouse. The place was lovely, large and as advertised and the host was excellent! The pool was a huge hit with our kids. They played in it pretty much every day. The beach was located right out front and the town of Rota was a short walk away. The garage parking spot was so helpful on the busier beach days. I would highly recommend this beautiful penthouse for a lovely beach vacation.
