Your holiday home in a peaceful location
The cosy and fully equipped villa is located on a closed, very private property and covers 95 m². It offers a wonderful view over the nature reserve and towards the Montgo.
The flat property has both a carport and ample parking facilities in front of the property.
Due to its location on the edge of the village, the villa is wonderfully peaceful and offers everything for a successful holiday.
The villa has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and two bathrooms – one of which is en suite. The spacious living area adjoins the open kitchen on one side and the large pool terrace on the other. Inside the house you will find air conditioning in the master bedroom and living room, which both cools and heats.
The private salt water pool measuring 5m x 10m invites you to swim and relax. The covered terrace also offers a lovely shaded spot with a view over the pool. Next to the spacious pool terrace there is also an outdoor shower.
Here you can unwind, cool off thoroughly in the water or simply enjoy the peace and nature.
Of course, it is not far to the beach and also to Denia.
This house is equipped with an alarm system with combined camera surveillance. The alarm system is switched off during the rental and is not available.
The rental price includes electricity consumption in accordance with the rental agreement. Any excess consumption will be charged separately.
A deposit is calculated before arrival, which will be refunded within 14 days after departure, provided no damage has occurred.
A cleaning fee is charged, which is not included in the rental price. Cleaning costs for bed linen/towels are listed separately at the time of booking.
From 1 July to 31 August each year, arrival and departure can only take place on a Saturday.
We ask for your understanding that we can only accept bookings that are made at least 7 days before arrival and where the minimum age is over 26 years.

Host was very badly organised. We booked and paid well in advance for 4 people but they made up only 1 bed. Going to bed on our first night, we discovered no sheets or blankets on the beds in the second room. So my two daughters had no sheets or blankets on their beds the first night. They had to use beach towels on their bed and slept on a mattress protector. I spent the next day trying to get sheets for their beds. The host didn't respond so i had to contact vrbo who also had no response from the hosts. They did respond and bring sheets on the afternoon but very stressful for our first day in the villa. Another issue was with the payments, I paid the second installment by Stripe but the host didn't update the system to reflect this. I told them this several weeks before travelling and they said they would address it. But they didn't and I couldn't pay the deposit because it also wanted me to pay the second payment again. So the day before arriving i was trying to get them to update the payments. Property was great but the estate agent they use was extremely poor. It's really not acceptable that my daughter's had to sleep one night on mattress protectors with towels over them.
