This complex has a splendid shared swimming pool and, for sports lovers, a padel court. Villetta L'Aroma del Mare enjoys a priviledged position with a breathtaking view of a beautiful sea and is accessible through a stone-paved path bordered by fragrant shrubs. Outside, the property has a covered veranda which is surrounded by aromatic hedges which isolate the property guaranteeing great privacy. Furthermore, the veranda is equipped with a sofa and harmchairs for relaxing immersed in the peace and fragrances of the surrounding nature, in addition to a comfortable table for al fresco dinner.

Villetta L'Aroma del Mare has a veranda with two convenient access points to the house: the lounge area leads directly to the double bedroom which is entirely furnished according to the canons of the Emerald style, with inlaid wood furnishings and tinsel representative of the Sardinian embroidery art. The other access is possible via the external dining area which leads directly to a bright open space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, a table and a comfortable sofa. The other bedroom is made up of two single beds. To complete the property a bathroom with wooden finishes.
