The apartment is located in the exclusive residential complex “Residenza Sul Porto,” situated in the heart of Porto Cervo—the “Porto Vecchio.”
The apartments are built directly into the coastal cliffs of the harbor bay. The complex is one of the original and earliest structures built in the Sardinian style by Sheikh Karim Aga Khan in the 1970s. Porto Cervo marks the beginning of the idyllic “Costa Smeralda” resort area, and its influence can still be felt today. The top priority then—and still today—is to ensure that all buildings harmonize with the character of the coast and the natural landscape.
Just a few steps from the center of Porto Cervo and a short drive from the many beautiful beaches and coves of the “Costa Smeralda.” Or simply take a dip in the on-site pool and let your mind wander.
And if you don’t feel like cooking—just discover the numerous and diverse culinary options.
The apartment is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need to feel completely at home.
The mattresses are of good quality and are replaced regularly so that every guest can enjoy a good night’s sleep.
When you check in, everything will be ready for you. So even if you arrive late, you can head straight to your fresh, clean bed and start relaxing right away.
We’ve also got you covered for children. A high chair and a portable folding mattress with children’s bedding are available.
The apartment comes with a garage for your vehicle, so you won’t have to get into a hot car when you set out on your excursions.

Sarah was an excellent host providing excellent communication from the moment we booked, guiding us through the check in and being available for any questions we had during our time at the property.The location of the property is sensational with amazing views from the terrace. Whilst the terrace was a sun trap, the apartment was the perfect escape from the heat and cool both during the day and at night.I would however warn guests with mobility issues that there are a lot of steps to reach the apartment, which when carrying luggage resulted in the need for a brief sit down when you reach the apartment!
