It is located near the Cala di Volpe Golf Club and the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda (Cala di Volpe, Long Beach, La Celvia, Capriccioli, Grande Pevero, Principe beach, Romazzino). The villa has a large patio with panoramic views of Cala di Volpe, Porto Rotondo and Isola della Tavolara. The furnishings are treated in detail. The swimming pool, shared with the other 4 houses, is located in front of the garden.

This home is great for families! A short drive into Porto Cervo, a lovely shared pool, lots of outdoor space to eat and play for kids, and the view is absolutely spectacular! Every morning it takes your breath away. Supermarkets are very close. I would recommend staying here again and again!
