Our condo is a very spacious (~1,300 sf) direct oceanfront unit at one of Cocoa Beach's finest resort destinations! Sandcastles is located right on the beach with exceptional complex amenities, and offers the space, privacy and location that will make for a great vacation!
This condo is perfect for a relaxing beach getaway, or for a fun-filled family vacation. Comfortable sleeping for 6 with all the comforts of your own home including fresh pillows and quality linens & towels.
The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the open concept and spacious dining and living room. The living room has comfortable seating for six with a HDTV. The condo has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. There's also a closet filled with beach accessories for your enjoyment.

Rob was spot on and answered all my questions! The property was very clean. It was equipped with plenty of paper products as well as toiletries! Everything was perfect

Rob was very good about being prompt with his responses and there was no problems Whatsoever. when we walked in, we were so excited that everything was exactly as it was in the pictures And the description.
