This is a 6th floor condo overlooking cocoa beach. Booking and communication with host was very easy. Was a very peaceful area and easy access to the beach. The condo had beach towels and many amenities stocked, as well as a full kitchen. We enjoyed the pool as well. Would highly recommend and if we return I hope to revisit sandcastles!

Electrical lighting issues. Some appliances could be cleaner. Beds had hot sheets so bring cotton sheets. Wonderful view and no issues with other renters. Condo is quiet with a two sided view of the ocean.

The condo was perfect for my family! The ocean views were terrific! I would definitely recommend this property to others.

The layout was fabulous and served its purpose. Construction in the Master bedroom was not done in a timely fashion and made the room unusable for three days. We had to put up/take down plastic from the bed, tV, tables and lounges daily - so the workers could enter our room for the week. Our time schedule had to be adjusted to let the workers in - and twice the front door was left unlocked all day. Other than this, the unit was as advertised. Going forward I would not rent when any construction is being performed.
