Keith was super easy to communicate with and very accommodating! The place has a great stash of beach gear, lots of space and a great view!

The layout was fabulous and served its purpose. Construction in the Master bedroom was not done in a timely fashion and made the room unusable for three days. We had to put up/take down plastic from the bed, tV, tables and lounges daily - so the workers could enter our room for the week. Our time schedule had to be adjusted to let the workers in - and twice the front door was left unlocked all day. Other than this, the unit was as advertised. Going forward I would not rent when any construction is being performed.
