The house is on several levels and is equipped with the most modern accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, internet wi-fi, hair dryer, TV, kitchen complete with electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker.

Casa Meraki is spread over several levels. The entrance is through a pedestrian gate.
On the ground floor is the sleeping area, consisting of two adjoining rooms, both with en suite shower room, air conditioned and with TV: the first is 1 triple room with double bed + single, the second is 1 double room.
On the second floor you go up either by an external staircase or by a staircase present in the second bedroom. Here there is the largeliving room with a corner sofa, dining room and TV, and a small door with an archway leading to the kitchenette and the service bathroom.
From
the living room, more stairs lead to the large terrace, shaded with
canopies, furnished and equipped for outdoor dining. There is also a
second kitchen, refrigerator and washing machine.

Casa Meraki vacation home is strategically located in the historic
center of Gallipoli.
A stone`s throw from the sea, clubs,
restaurants, typical stores and all that the Città Bella has to offer:
its cathedral renamed "the Picture Gallery," the churches of the
confraternities, the underground oil mill, the ancient pharmacy and its
museums.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
