About this house rental

This one of a kind beautiful home was built in 1912 by one of the first cigar makers. It is listed on the national registry of historic homes and has been showcased in the Holiday Parade of homes. Upon entering you are greeted by classic elegance with open floor plan that includes travertine marble floors, high ceilings with crown molding, LED lights throughout and a state of the art security system. The chef's kitchen features walk in pantry, brand new Viking appliances that are sure to impress any culinary artist. The dining room, living room and den glance through impressive 6 panel stacking impact slide doors that open to the backyard oasis where you will find the hot tub with a serene waterfall flowing into the dipping pool, an outdoor shower and amazing lighting all around. Dual balconies wrap up the first and second floor. The home sits in the heart of Old Town, steps from Duval Street yet a block from the beach and southern most point. Each of the four enormous bedrooms has en-suite baths and separated privacy. One being on the main with three BR on the second floor with laundry and seated balconies only a few houses from Duval but still tucked away quiet. Lots of parking!
