About this house rental
Welcome to Bayside Village! Centrally located between Cape May and The Wildwoods makes our home the place to spend your family vacation! Direct bay access at the end of the street, just a short walk to our neighborhood beach for summer days and the best sunsets! Cox Hall Creek Wildlife Preserve is steps from the house, take a walk through the trail or do some fishing!
Our kitchen is fully equipped , including all new appliances, so stay in for for family dinner night, or head out to one of the areas many amazing restaurants. All the local attractions, including the Cape May Lighthouse, Wineries, Wildwood Boardwalk, etc are just a short distance away. With families in mind our house is set up with all the comforts of home and plenty of room to spread out. There is even a desk for those who may need to get some work done or catch up on emails.
Outside boasts a fenced yard and large patio with a grilling area, outdoor shower, and play area for the kids. The shed is stocked with beach chairs, and plenty of yard games to keep everyone entertained.
New mattresses and tv's in every bedroom.

We enjoyed our vacations! The house is big but not too big as it’s well design. And what about the patio and the outside shower! We enjoyed our comfy after the beach! Location is great as everything is near by car and the neighborhood is quiet. It was a great house for our family and grandparents.

We had a great vacation at Villas. Great location close to everything. The house is clean and lacks nothing. The beds were very comfortable and the 2 bathrooms were very practical considering our group. The patio is beautiful and very well-maintained.
Communication with the owners was quick and clear. The beach is a 10-minute walk (speed with kids walking!) and the sunsets were a big plus to our week.
I highly recommend this house!

The house is fully updated and was a great location for our family vacation. Backyard is an enjoyable oasis to hang out and relax. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home, truly enjoyed.

We stayed here for the 2nd year in a row and everything was just as fantastic as we remembered from last year. This house is top notch. Debra and Steve have remembered so many small details and the decor is gorgeous. It's got a very updated and modern beach vibe while being so comfortable and supplying everything you could possibly need for a wonderful beach vacation with family and friends.
