House was at a great location next to the bay! We wished there was a grill outside to do some grilling

Nice location. Quiet beach. Loved the multiple balconies. An outside shower would be nice. Enjoyed the layout and furnishings. The third floor family area was wonderful, but its a long way up to deliver things to the kitchen. Not ideal for older folks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Location was good. The check in was a bit ridiculous as the realty office closes at 3 pm on Sunday but you can’t check in until 4pm. They do not attempt to bridge the gap. Not helpful. The house was fine but the living area and kitchen are on the 2nd floor. The yard is overgrown which attracts mosquitoes. All in all it was an ok stay.
