The holiday home, surrounded by a lovely enclosed garden, is located in the old fishing village of Port-Blanc, only 500 m from the beautiful beach "Les Dunes". The entire living area, comfortably renovated, is located on the raised ground floor, accessible by a small staircase. In the cellar, which is accessible on the ground floor, you can store any bicycles or beach games you may have brought along. The private parking space on the grounds is particularly convenient, especially in high season. The 11 km of customs paths around Penvenan offer hikers and cyclists magnificent views of rock formations, small offshore islets and charming hidden coves. The water sports centre offers catamaran, wakeboarding, kite surfing and diving courses. At low tide the beach becomes a paradise for fishermen. In the vicinity, there are many interesting excursions to Perros-Guirec, Paimpol and Tréguier or to the island of Bréhat, also called the island of flowers. A security deposit of EUR 50,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
