Located near the beach of the Dunes, with walking access to the hikes on the GR 34 and the sailing school, this house is ideal for holidays with family or friends. It offers all the necessary comforts, and the pellet stove will be perfect after your winter hikes. Nearby, discover Perros-Guirec, Paimpol, Plougrescant and the historic city of Tréguier.
PORT BLANC - Rental of a new villa
This modern, wood-frame villa, with a surface area of 120 m², is located in the immediate vicinity of the Dunes beach. It can accommodate up to 7 people and offers a bright and spacious setting with a refined decoration. The living rooms are open and comfortable, the equipped kitchen and the central living room open onto a large terrace with parasol.

First floor:
Bedroom 1: A master suite with a double bed (160 cm), a dressing room and a bathroom, WC
Upstairs:
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds that can be pushed together (= 160 cm double bed).
Bedroom 3: double bed (140 cm) + 1 single bed
A bathroom and a toilet.
All the beds in the house are equipped with very high quality mattresses (Emma brand).
All bedrooms are equipped with dressing rooms.
Outdoors and leisure facilities:
Barbecue available.
Garden furniture.
Garden (not fully enclosed).
Outdoor parking.
Pellet stove.
Dunes beach 500 meters away + GR34 access.
Sailing school within walking distance.
Equestrian centre 1 km away.
