Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wonderful, clean condo that was close to town. Lots of thoughtful touches, and everything we could possibly want in the kitchen was there(something I’ve noticed is more of a rarity with vacation rentals lately) unit was immaculately spotless and had a nice, personal feel (not decorated from a big-box retail store)
Pool was delightful, had some issues with getting the scanner at the gate to scan the barcode we were given. A fellow condo owner confirmed our passes and let us in. Apparently this is a known issue by condo mgmt, so I imagine it will be resolved quickly.

check-in and out was easy. One item of note - AC is only in one bedroom. Not a huge deal, but with lots of wildfire smoke in the area it was not an option to open windows at night. Still, absolutely loved the unit and would happily rent it again!

The property was everything we needed in a great location. We were mere steps away from the properties hot tub which was perfect after a day on the slopes. Short drive to Baldy, restaurants and shopping. It was perfect.

Loved this unit. For once the photos matched the place. Nice amenities and quiet too. Will definitely stay here again.
