Beautiful space. Well-equipped. Great location. The hot tub and sauna were great, with the exception that on one of the days scheduled maintenance didn't happen.

The mattress was a bit too soft. It was hard to maintain consistent, comfortable temperature in the unit. Set the thermostats to 60 and they heated the space to 79 degrees. So we turned most of them off. The hot tub didn't get cleaned as scheduled on one of the days so it was low on water and chlorine.

The location was good. The view was exceptional. The pre-rental communication was good and kept me in the loop.

The beds in the second bedroom were very small. THe amenity passes for the hot tub and sauna did not work and we didn't have access to any of those amenities. I called the VACASA representative who assured me that I would hear from the local rep and we never did over the 4 days. I called the local rep after talking to someone else in the complex who had their contact information but they also did not return my call. Very disappointed.

Liked the space—the facilities—all great.

Clean and quiet. Convenient for access to everything in and around Sun Valley.

The heaters worked… a little too well. We found it was sufficient to set them at 60F. Otherwise, all good.
