About this apartment rental
Beachfront access 1br/1ba condo in Playa Azul II, Luquillo on the 17th floor. New king bed and mattress, New floor, new kitchen, new bath, strong AC's in both bedroom and living room, oversized balcony, fast wifi, 50” smart tv, beach chairs available. The complex has swimming pool available and some recreational areas. There is parking inside available. SJU airport is around 35 min away from Luquillo. The complex is nearby highways to visit El Yunque, local beaches, ferry or boat tours. Enjoy the East of the Island, the best area.

Overall we enjoyed our stay in this condo. Check in was easy enough. The view was great. It was unfortunate that our neighbors were chain smokers and would alternate between cigarettes and Marijuana. We loved having the doors open so we could listen to the waves, however sometimes the smells were just too strong. The air conditioning worked great when we couldn't have the doors open. It was nice having coffee supplies and some basic cooking supplies in the kitchen. There were a few areas of concern with the cleanliness of this condo, but that was addressed with the owner so hopefully that won't be a concern for the next guest. The beach chairs were great and snorkel equipment was nice to have too. If we were to return to Puerto Rico we would consider staying here again. Several restaurants nearby and grocery store across the street.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location is great, the area is safe, and the building is secured. The views from the balcony are amazing. The apartment was fully stocked, we lacked for nothing. The bed was very comfortable, and the AC worked well. I would definitely recommend staying here. Communications with the host were excellent.

Loved the Apartment and the view is expectacular,me and my wife had an excelent weekend and enjoyed every minute of our 30th aniversary.
