Stylish in the photos but not designed to be lived in.
Bathroom down steep stairs from the rest of the living area, with broken banister. Kitchen impractical for anything but making sandwiches. Good beds but bedside lighting chosen for looks rather than efficacy. Roof top deck unappealing, good mainly for smokers.
Communication with manager was unsatisfactory. They paid lip service to daily complaints about construction on the apartment next door, which only ceased once the job was finished. Huge pillows on the beds were "Vienna standard."
An argument over whether their ad did or did not refer to the bathroom being on a different floor. Turns out there were different versions of the ad.
Location close to trams but 20 minutes by tram from the centre.
