Very clean and tidy. Nice touch with welcome drinks. Good size rooms and tastefully decorated.
The hallway in the building leading to the apartment looks unappealing and can do with a revamp.

​What an exceptional stay! The check-in instructions were crystal clear, and the apartment itself was immaculate. It’s obvious that the Malixa Team truly cares about their guests. We arrived to a spotless, beautiful space and a wonderfully generous welcome pack filled with wine and goodies. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need, including a washing machine, coffee maker, and full cooking appliances. The living area is bright, cozy, and beautifully furnished with a comfy sofa, table, and chairs. As for the bed - it's a generous king-size with incredibly fluffy pillows. Combined with the lovely bathroom and its large walk-in shower, it made for a perfect stay. We would happily return in a heartbeat! Definitely 5 stars from us!
