This splendid family-run residence is located in the Posto Vecchio area (Pesculuse). The apartments are composed as follows: fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, laundry/external bathroom, air conditioners, TV, mosquito nets and the possibility of bed linen and towels on request. Furnished private veranda and barbecue. Furthermore, in the Residence you will find a splendid swimming pool, a relaxation area furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas and games for children. Ideal for families with children. About 500 meters from the sea of Pesculuse and from many shops, restaurants, beaches, etc. a few minutes from the famous beaches of the Maldives of Salento. The very pleasant welcome and the owners very available to the needs of the guests. Pescoluse is one of the absolute pearls of Salento, on the Ionian Sea. The small center has been able to withstand the competition of other prestigious Ionian Salento destinations such as Gallipoli and Porto Cesareo, carving out a large summer tourist interest by virtue of the incredible beauty of the sea and beaches.
Moreover, the town and the coast are geographically located in a southerly direction, so as to be able to almost always have a very calm sea for the delight of tourists, even the smallest ones.
Today, Pescoluse has a coast made up of long trails of white sand and dunes that lie on a transparent sea like few others with a blue that seems to filter the sun's rays in a way capable of offering unique colors. It is no coincidence that in 2004 the navy obtained the "4 Sails" from Legambiente. In Pescoluse you will find small souvenir shops and basic businesses such as supermarkets, newsstands, shops selling various objects, pizzerias and takeaways, while there are no large commercial businesses or clothing chains.
