The apartment is located in the most elegant and prestigious private complex in Costa Teguise, Lanzarote. Extensively renovated in 2023, the apartment features a spacious, south-facing, very private balcony with a spectacular ocean view.
The furnishings are of high quality, and the apartment was renovated in March 2023.
The two bedrooms are equipped with high-quality, comfortable mattresses. One bedroom has a double bed (1.60 x 2 m), and the other has a queen-size bed (1.50 x 2 m). Special allergy-friendly bedding, protective covers, and high-quality duvet covers from GamaNatur await you. Both bedrooms feature a spacious built-in closet. A desk is also provided. The washing machine for your exclusive use is located here.
Your laundry is washed exclusively using solar power.
The spacious bathroom features a shower, a large vanity with several storage compartments, and towel racks.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, ceramic cooktop, microwave, and oven. An Italian coffee maker and a milk frother are also provided.
The open-concept living-dining room features a dining table that seats four. The cozy sofa invites you to relax. From here, you can enjoy a direct view of the sea or watch TV. High-speed Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all rooms of the apartment.
