This contemporary 2 bedroom villa provides a perfect base for those who wish to enjoy a holiday on the beautiful island of Meganissi. This beautiful villa is well equipped and much thought has gone into making the most of the spectacular views with bedrooms, lounge and kitchen all benefitting from amazing outlooks over the bay. Relax in the villa, drinking in the spectacular views from inside or outside from the balcony or on the terrace by the infinity pool. Take a leisurely stroll to the quaint village of Spartochori and take a long lunch in a traditional taverna or perhaps take 10 minute drive to the vibrant harbour at Vathy and treat yourself to the catch of the day at one of the excellent restaurants or just people watch with a coffee of glass of wine in hand. For an adventurous day out, a popular activity is to rent a small boat and explore the inlets and coves along the local coastline. Due to it's elevated position above the please be aware there are 91 steps down to the villa from where you park the car and a further 171 steps from the villa to the small road that leads to the beach. There are also drops in the garden. Therefore Spilia Bay House is not suitable for those with mobility problems or for children under ten. Smoking - not allowed. The code is 1974 Parking: Parking is at the bottom of the driveway Safe: There are two safes, one in each bedroom wardrobe Villa Book: The Villa Book is on the coffee table in the living room Driving instructions from Vathy Port to Spilia Bay House - approximately 10 minutes Please take care driving these roads and watch out for local wandering sheep and goats. 1. After collecting your car from Vathy port, turn right and follow the road past the large church on the left-hand side. Keep following this road with the marina on your right-hand side. At the junction behind the marina, turn left and follow the road up the hill (2.1km). 2. When you get to a fork in the road take the road which forks to the right and be careful of oncoming traffic. Turn right at the junction but be careful of traffic coming from the left on the bend. Follow this road (1km). 3. After passing 2 small unfinished villas on your left-hand side there will be a road shortly after on your right-hand side. Turn right down this road. 4. The road is quite narrow so be aware of the occasional oncoming car. Follow this road straight ahead (0.4km) you will see a gated property on your left-hand side and immediately afterwards there is a road, turn down here, this is the driveway for Spilia Bay House.
