Villa Mimosa is a stunning contemporary villa with superb views across the sea towards Lefkada visible from the large windows in the living area or private balconies or terraces of the bedrooms. The facilities of the villa are excellent and there is even a mini-gym for those who want to burn some calories indoors. However, if you prefer to take your exercise outdoors there is with direct to the sea from the steps 50m from the villa. Just a tiny distance further from the sea neighbouring villa Mimosa, both villas retain their privacy and are completely independent of one another so booking both villas for a large party will allow you to enjoy the same holiday together but retain your privacy.. Park your car to the right of the steps. Safe: There is a safe in the wardrobe of the top bedroom. Information guide: The Villa Book is on the coffee table in the living room. Driving instructions from Vathy Port to Villa Mimosa Please take care driving these roads and watch out for local wandering sheep and goats. 1. After collecting your car from Vathy port, turn right out of the car park and follow the road around the bay passing the marina and staying on the coastal road for (4.3km). When you reach a small harbour you will see that the road goes up hill or off to the right slightly, go up the hill and keep following the road. After (0.7km) there is a fork in the road (this is a one-way system) follow the right turn down the hill and around the harbour. 2. The road goes up a hill then there is a road off to the right with a sign that says for “Koutelades Beach”. Follow this road with the sea on your right-hand side, you will head slightly inland keep following the main road, do not branch off to the right. The road gets narrow in places so drive with caution, with the sea staying on your righthand side. 3. Keep following this track (0.4km) and then you will come to a stone wall on your lefthand side and at the end of this a green electronic gate and a Simpson travel sign. Either use the fob you have been given to open the gate or honk your horn and the housekeeper will open. Go through the first gate and follow the road all the way to the top. Welcome to Villa Mimosa!
