Crystal Villa is a newly built property that can host up to 6 people. It offers the comfort and luxury someone needs for a relaxing vacation. In addition, the lovely outdoor areas offer a wonderful view of the natural landscape that surrounds the villa and of the sea.
Crystal Villa is a two floor property with a private pool. In the first floor you will find the comfortable stylish living room along with a fully equipped open kitchen and its dining area. The fully brand new equipped kitchen invites you to cook and create beautiful delicacies for your loved ones.
The big kitchen doors offer an immediate access to the pool, so as to cook and be close to your family and friends. The pool measures 3.80 × 9 meters, with a graduated depth ranging from 1m at the shallow end to 1.72 m at the deep end. There is also a stone made BBQ that you can use, in the pool area along with sun beds and an outdoor dining table, where you can enjoy your meals.
The living room and kitchen area also offer a wonderful view to the swimming pool and sea.
In the first floor, there is also a bedroom with 2 single beds that can easily be transformed to a king-size double bed from where you can gaze at the sea. The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower.
You can easily access the pool from all the first floor.
On the second floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, each with one queen size bed, an ensuite bathroom and a sea view. The large terrace offers a splendid view and can be accessed from both of the second floor bedrooms. It also has a build small bar area where you can sit and enjoy a refreshment or a drink by gazing at the wonderful landscape the area of Vlicho has to offer.

Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitos, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.
The villa is located within a 5minute walking distance (350 m) from the lovely coastal village of Vlicho. The village is quite traditional located 20km south of Lefkada Town. It lies around a natural bay where fishing boats and private yachts moor during the summer period. Verdant mountains and lush green valleys encircle the beautiful coastal settlement which has become one of the best tourist attractions in Lefkada. At the main street plenty of shops, cafes and fish taverns are found. There are many visitors who choose this destination for summer vacation, especially families or couples who truly enjoy the relaxing and charming atmosphere. The nearest beaches are 1,5km away, beaches of Passas in Perigiali and Desimi beach.
The village is also located 5 minutes away from cosmopolitan Nidri, where you can find anything your heart desires. In Nidri there is a main market with many shops, touristic and not. By the sea you will find many tavernas, restaurants, bars and cafeterias. There are also plenty of activities such as sea sports, diving, puddle boarding and many more you can do; as well as daily cruises to the wonderful "Prince islands" and famous Scorpio!
*We would like to inform you that recently a new daily fixed tax has been implemented for travelers staying in Greece, with the amount varying based on the type of property. For villas, starting January 1st 2025, this tax amounts to 15 euros per day. In some channels, this tax is not included in the price of the rental and will be requested in cash upon arrival*

The villa was beyond our expectations. Excellent cleanliness, the kitchen was very modern and well equipped. The views from every room were stunning. The communication with Sofia next door and with Lefkada rentals was second to none, our every need was catered for.

We were over the moon with Crystal Villa, we spent three weeks there and never tired of the spectacular views. The villa was perfect, more spacious than we expected, with plenty of room for the family. Everything was clean and modern, the kitchen was very well equipped. Sofia next door was really helpful and catered for our every need. We have already booked a return visit for next year.

We’ve stayed in numerous villas in a number of different countries over the years and this was the best. Presentation is immaculate. The quality of the finish and furnishings is a very high standard. The outside areas give a nice choice of seating locations and the pool is just awesome. Of course a lot of the enjoyment of a villa is subjective but this ticked all the boxes for us. The owner lives next door but they are very discreet and the only time I saw him was when he very kindly popped over to give me more wine and some excellent local honey. In fact that was on top of a very nice selection of food and drink that was already in the fridge on our arrival. Oh I didn’t mention the view. Just amazing. We spent our whole week just lounging around the pool and drinking in that view. Location is also great with only a 5 min drive into Nidri which is an crazy but amazing little town with dozens of restaurants and plenty of shops all of which seem to stay open all night. Will definitely book again.
