on the ground floor you have the living and dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen ready for cooking. A toilet. on the first floor you have 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath tube and a toilet.
the area is extremely quiet, we are the last house of the tiny village. Surrounded by fields. It is the exact place to take your family for vacation
the pool is 8x5 with 2m deep
there is a pool man taking care of it on a weekly basis
the garden is completely closed and secured
Plenty of things to do around from la venire verte, to la valley des singes or La Rochelle, l'Ile de Ré, Bordeaux is only 2h drive is you want to taste some wine, you also have la valley de la Loire with the castels and the wines.
