About this house rental
Located on a hillside in the Kiziltas district of Kalkan, this newly renovated holiday villa has two double and one twin bedroom and a capacity of six guests. All the bedrooms and pool terrace have good views of Kalkan Bay.
The pool is 7 x 4 metres and the depth is 1.6 -1.7 metres. The pool terrace has four sunloungers, two large umbrellas, a charming stone-built seating area, and a dining area for six under a shady pergola. The pool and pool terrace are completely private from outside making this an ideal property for those guests looking for total privacy be it for religious or other reasons.
The ground floor accomodaiton comprises of a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge with LED 3D television. On the second floor there is one double and one twin bedroom, both with balconies and en-suite bathrooms . In the double bedroom's bathroom there is also a large luxurious jacuzzi, where guests may relax and enjoy the specular views simultaneously. On the top floor there is one more double bedroom under the eaves. This bedroom opens onto a beautiful roof terrace, which also affords magnificent views across Kalkan Bay. This roof terrace is also accessible from the communal stairwell, as is the third bathroom. The ceiling height of the top floor bedroom is limted due to the sloping nature of the roof and may be more suited to children or teenagers.
The villa is approximately 2 - 2.5 kms from the centre of Kalkan, but there is a local shop where guests may purchase their daily essentials some 600 metres away.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 4 nights or less there is an additional charge of 5000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival
