Internet wi-fi in the room (connexion by the condominium) and washing machine included in the price. Close to bars, restaurants and shops in general.

Second bedroom (suite) has a double bed, a single bed and an extra single mattress and split air conditioning. Shared bathroom with electric shower. Service bathroom. Kitchen consisting of 6 burner stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, basic cooking utensils, filter with water bottle, coffee maker, table with 6 chairs and split air conditioning. Service area with clothesline machine and drying clothesline on the ceiling. Covered parking space in the building for 1 vehicle.
