Great place!

It was a great stay. Owner and staff greeted us! They also helped us with the activities and transportation. The apartment was much bigger than expected. It was very clean and comfortable. Great price. The beach was beautiful! Thank you for a great visit!

The pool was nice but it was their winter and looked like it might need to be cleaned. The water fountain in front of the building was turned off due to the winter season.

Perfect Spot

Beautiful apartment, excellent location right on the beach. The owner was very helpful and provided tips to help us plan our time. This apartment is located in the perfect area only 20 minutes from Arraial do Cabo with more nightlife/dining options. If you are visiting Arraial do Cabo, stay here in Cabo Frio and take an uber or taxi to Arraial. This location would be perfect for families or foreigners who are visiting and are not familiar with the country or local area. Very safe, well lit area at night.

Descanso frente a la playa.

La atención de Silvania, excelente. Siempre atenta a nuestros requerimientos, fueron pocos, pero los resolvió muy rápido. 10/10. La ubicación frente a la playa y varios restaurantes cerca. La vista es maravillosa. Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado, lo que fue súper útil en la época de nuestro viaje, Estacionamiento amplio y cómodo.

Algunas ventanas estaban mínimamente descuadradas por lo que había que tener un poco de dedicación para cerrarlas. Muebles del balcón deberían renovarse.

La ubicación. Frente a la playa con unas vistas hermosas.

Faltaba limpieza en la cocina, faltan elementos de limpieza, las toallas de mano y pies todas rotas. El departamento es muy lindo y comodo, bien ubicado pero faltaban detalles de limpieza . El agua de la pileta del condominio estaba verde. Ni la usamos.

Departamento con hermosa vista frente a praia do forte

la ubicación con la playa de enfrente es lo mejor, el hall y los porteros 24 hs muy bien, super amables. la anfitriona nos recibió y entrego las llaves y atendió nuestras consultas

falta mejorar la limpieza y el mantenimiento del departamento, especialmente los baños ya son viejos, la ducha no funciona bien y los enchufes no tienen tapa. poca iluminación faltan utensilios y cosas básicas de cocina...

Excelente, local agradável , aluguem sem medo.

Apartamento bem espaçoso, comporta bem 8 pessoas. Roupas de cama impecáveis, toalhas também. A praia de frente é excelente , a localização é perfeita.

O chuveiro estava pingando a noite toda e o fogão estava vazando. Tivemos que fechar o registro de ambos mas a moça já ia resolver para nós.

Mi estancia en este departamento de vacaciones fue maravillosa. El lugar está muy bien equipado, con todas las comodidades necesarias para sentirse como en casa mientras se disfruta de un merecido descanso. La ubicación es excelente, permitiendo explorar con facilidad los alrededores y aprovechar al máximo la experiencia en el destino. La atención de Silvania como anfitriona fue impecable, siempre amable y dispuesta a ayudar en todo momento. Además, la decoración y el diseño del departamento son encantadores, creando un ambiente acogedor y relajante. Recomiendo este lugar sin reservas, y espero tener la oportunidad de volver en un futuro cercano.
