This is a fantastic place to stay for visitors that want to avoid the rush of Okaloosa Island, yet still want to be close to take advantage of the beaches and outdoor activities of the Island. Destin is close by. Navarre is a 20 minute drive. Dining and entertainment options are within walking distance or a short drive. There is a restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch in the same complex.
Tucked away on Santa Rosa Sound, your home is only a few steps away from the intracoastal waterway and a sandy on-site beach. Liz Jackson Park is right next door. You can launch your boat right there. We do allow boat trailer parking at this place. The Gulf of Mexico beaches on Okaloosa Islands are a quick drive to the east. Charter a boat or take a tour to explore the local waters or go deep sea fishing. Fishermen that prefer to stay on land can head to the Okaloosa Island pier less than three miles away!
When you're not enjoying the beaches or exploring Fort Walton Beach sights like the Indian Temple Museum, you can lounge in comfort in your condo. Free WiFi and DVDs on the flatscreen TV can keep you entertained as you lounge in the living room.

I was a groomsman in my friends wedding. The resort that everyone else stayed in was pricey with zero amenities, and they had to take the elevator, and pay a beach fee. I paid 200 less had my own parking spot, a boat ramp right behind the property, all amenities, was able to wash, and dry my clothes, and kick back on an actual couch while killing time. Very close to plenty of fishing spots, affordable, and clean. 10/10

The property was exactly as advertised; nice and cozy, very spacious. However there was animal hair everywhere! We had to wash the bed linen before getting settled.

The stay was good. There were roaches (they did spray when we told them). I didn’t realize it was located in a business complex but it wasn't noisy at all. I wouldn't take kids here because there is a request of being quiet due to the business downstairs. All in all, it was a nice vacation. I did however find a place closer to the beach for less. So, search harder than I did.
