About this apartment rental
Being located in one of the best spots around West Seattle you will find our beautiful space to be comfortable, quiet, and tranquil. Perfect for those looking for an escape away from the city. Our newly finished beachy theme home features one large bedroom of course with a spacious King bed and one bath. You will find a fully stocked home for your short stay away from home. The space has all of the best amenities you may need during your stay!
You will find one large bedroom in the home, that features a large king-size bed, along with comfy and cozy linens that will make for a wonderful night of rest. In the living room, a comfortable couch that converts into a twin bed. The dining table is adjacent to the living room. You will see this sweet and bright space can easily accommodate 2-3 guests comfortably. Getting into the kitchen you will find a stocked kitchen with all necessary cooking supplies, along with a Keurig machine for that fresh cup of coffee in the morning. We also have plenty of board games and fun reading material to keep you busy. You will find a sliding glass door that leads to the exterior of the home, which features extra seating and a relaxing space boarding the nearby park. Great space to have coffee, read, or relax. Can't forget the laundry room, you are more than welcome to do your laundry and store any wet hiking gear.
The access to this home is very easy, being so close to the main road you will find that you are centrally located and shops and restaurants are nearby. We do have two designated parking spaces as well, located right in front of the building.
We will be available by phone or app, please don't hesitate to ask any questions. This home provides self-check-in. All property & guest guidebook info is available on the app as well.
You will find Fauntleroy ferry right next door, nearby coffee spots, sandwiches, beach access, tons of walking trails, and restaurants/bars right next door. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet.
- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTYING, Host lives right next to the home and will escort you out and charge a $500 fee.
- Please no shoes on the carpet or within the home, there is a mat or a place to put shoes right inside by the front door. This keeps our floors in the best shape.
- If you plan to use the patio please clean up after yourself, we don't want any littering outside.
- Please be courteous with your noise level, we do have neighbors nearby and want to be respectful.
- If you damage or leave an abnormal mess to clean up, you may be billed for extra cleaning services, we keep our cleaning rates reasonable so please be considerate.
- NO SMOKING, we have exterior covered areas for that, please put all cigarette buts in the trash can once fully out.

Nicely appointed and comfortable inside. Property itself is a little noisy between floors. Bathtub should have anti-slip product in it-dangerous! Two unsatisfactory items: property description and info we received on unit said that parking for #1 was in end spot next to the walkway. This was not true. No matter who has the spot next to bushes it is nearly impossible to get out of drivers side of car! Lastly TV system was, for us, a joke. Nothing much works. Get cable.

Nice stay at this west Seattle apartment. The location was superb! So nice to have laundry room in unit and designated parking. Good communication with property manager.

This place is located next to a busy street and bus line. Very loud. I rented it because I wanted a quiet place. Very disappointed. The door opens with keys and it was difficult to get in. One key didn’t work at all. Would not stay there again.
